Chitravala is a 100% digital service. Everything you make or buy is delivered electronically over the internet. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
1. Digital Delivery
Your creations — images, videos and voice notes — are delivered on screen in the app as soon as they are ready. From there you can:
- Download them as image (PNG or JPG), video (MP4) or audio files
- Share them straight to WhatsApp or other apps
- Share a link (
/s/<code>) that opens the creation in a browser - Find them again any time in Projects, while your account is active
Once payments launch, coins from plans and coin packs will be added to your account the moment payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery Timeline

When many people are creating at once (for example on a festival morning), a creation may wait in a queue first. The progress screen shows where it is.
3. Proof of Delivery
- On-screen result — the progress screen turns into your finished creation
- Projects — every creation is saved to your Projects list
- Coin history — shows coins held when the creation started, and whether they were charged or refunded
- Once payments launch — an on-screen confirmation and an emailed receipt and GST invoice for each purchase
4. If a Creation Doesn't Arrive
If a creation fails, it is shown as failed and its coins are returned automatically. You can try again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a creation seems stuck for more than 30 minutes:
- Refresh the page or open it again from Projects
- Sign out and sign in again
- Try a different browser
- Contact us at support@chitravala.com with the link to the creation and a screenshot
We will investigate delivery issues within 24 working hours. If we cannot deliver something you paid for, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Technical Requirements
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave)
- JavaScript enabled
- An internet connection (videos download faster on 4G or Wi-Fi)
- A Google account to sign in
- A microphone (optional) for typing by voice
6. Service Availability
Chitravala aims for high availability. Some features (for example video or voice) rely on third-party providers and may be paused briefly if a provider has a problem; we never charge coins for a creation that cannot run. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
