2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
Required for signing in, security and core features. They cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

2.2 Preference Cookies

2.3 Browser Storage
These are kept in your browser's local storage, not sent with every request. They stay until you clear your browser data.

2.4 Payment Cookies (When Payments Launch)
When paid plans and coin packs go live, Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are governed by Razorpay's policies.
2.5 No Advertising or Third-Party Tracking Cookies
Chitravala does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics or session-replay tools. If we enable error tracking, it runs without cookies and with personal data removed.
3. Managing Cookies
You can control cookies in your browser settings:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / See all site data
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies will stop sign-in from working. Clearing your browser data removes the browser storage items above.
4. Changes
If we add a new cookie, we will update this page. If it is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
